• Keep your body in line with the foil mast as much as possible.
• Don’t approach the tack from tight upwind angle. It’ll be too hard to maintain speed!
• The faster you go while carving the more you will be able to lean.
• Placing the back foot off the centerline of the board towards the new windward rail helps to flatten the board.
• Never forget the key actions of looking where you go and keeping momentum.
• Where you look and where you direct your head is where you will go.
• Try the transition on flat spots.
